Thank you for choosing Healing Through Purpose Studio. We are committed to delivering your items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

📍 Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
This allows us to ensure quality, accuracy, and safe packaging.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not business days.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
This option will be added in the future.

📦 Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

🏠 Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped:

  • The package may be delayed or returned to sender.

  • Reshipment fees may apply.

If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or front office.

  2. Check mailbox parcel lockers.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier for GPS confirmation.

We are not responsible for packages scanned as Delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to guide you through the process.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

➡️ Email HealingThroughPurpose@mail.com within 3 days of delivery
➡️ Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

A replacement will be issued at no cost to you.

📬 Pre-Orders & Specialty Items

Some items may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order.
Shipping times for these products will be clearly stated on the product page.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We do not control carrier pricing.
