Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following item categories:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts)

  • Mugs

  • Tumblers

  • Office items and accessories

Items NOT eligible for returns include:

  • Journals

  • Books

  • Resin art

  • Digital products or instant downloads

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance items

All eligible items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Goods

Due to the nature of production, customization, and digital delivery, the following are final sale:

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at HealingThroughPurpose@mail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, we will email you detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
For size, style, or preference changes, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery at HealingThroughPurpose@mail.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
